		<description>Hi Guys!

Well..another great show...and I (can you believe it), have a few comments! First of all, you may be surprised to know that Morgans infamous Tom Hanna was in fact a member of Police Pulse...and was giving all sorts of advice out when I joined the group. I ended up deciding to mail Avi a short note about Toms distinguished reputation. I took a quick look recently to see if he was still around the site, and there is no Police Divers group anymore, and NO Tom Hanna :)

Canada is only #8?? What the.....I too am shocked...I was thinking two for sure..who&#039;s taking these polls anyways...and I say this in a very calm and cool state of mind :)

Finally a short comment on the Overweight Officer issue. I too read the article when it came out, and I agree with Mack, and some of the other suggestions that were given in the article itself. Give officers some incentives, AND opportunity to work out. At one of the local OPP Depts. I visited, they had a wee little weight/workout room where the equiptment was all donated by the officers themselves. The equiptment was old and the room was VERY small. I know money for Police is tight everywhere but...if you want Fit police...provide an avenue for results that is doable with the long hrs that are a reality of the job.

Maybe there could be funding for setting up a weight room where police can access in their off time. You can site physical health benefits, but also psychological as well. Nothing better than working out with friends, letting off steam in a casual environment. Provide information on healthier eating habits. It must be remembered, as Mack touched on, that people who workout more will have more muscle mass, and be heavier at &#039;standard&#039; height/weight charts than someone who doesn&#039;t.

Also as a side note, at the gym where I workout, there is a guy who is about mid 50&#039;s, and is about 5&#039;3 or so, that comes every day to run on the treadmill between 6-10 miles...thats EVERY day, nothing else just the run. He has a bit of a belly and I can guarantee you he DOESN NOT fit the height weight requirements, but I would like to see any one of us outrun him if the need came up.

I&#039;m just saying, that &#039;rule&#039; will definitely need to be &#039;re-evaluated&#039; at some point. How would one get on that committee...hhahahah JUST KIDDING!

Take Care,

<description>Hi Guys...sorry to be the bearer of bad news but....

I tried watching your newest episode 25, and I keep getting cut off after 4.14 minutes (approx) I tried it three times and it stops at the same spot. Right where Morgan is talking about having a picture of the spot where Lee Harvey took his shot.

Just thought you should know, and I&#039;m wondering if anyone else has mentioned it. I enjoyed it up to then....lol! I noticed you have a new format set up, maybe there are still some glitches. Let me know.....

Take Care..
